A: To register, login at www.bpiexpressonline.com.
Go to: Other Services -> Express Mobile Registration > Mobile Banking.
Provide the required information including your country code and mobile number then choose the accounts that you wish to access on your mobile phone.
You may also opt to enroll in the Transfer to Anyone facility. This will allow you to send funds even to unenrolled BPI, BPI Family Savings and BPI Direct accounts and reload unenrolled Globe and Touch Mobile prepaid phone number.
You will be required to go to the ATM to activate this facility.
You will immediately receive a text message containing the link for downloading from 0917-891-0000 or 0918-891-0000. Please download the link as soon as you receive it. Once downloaded, a java application icon will be stored on your phone. Click the icon and login using your BPI Express Online User ID and password. Please make sure that you download and log-in within 3 days from date of receipt of your SMS with download link.
Reminder: Please make sure that your phone has the correct GPRS and MMS settings configured on your phone and you have enough load credits to connect to the internet.
A: For the Bank and the clients' mutual protection, a one-time activation is required. If you are within the Philippines, please activate your enrollment via any BPI ATM using your nominated ATM card number. The facility will be activated the following banking day.
If you are outside the Philippines, you will be asked to: download, print, sign, and mail the form to BPI Fulfillment Banking for processing. An email will be sent to your registered email address once your request has been processed.
A: To view additional accounts in Express Mobile, simply go to Other Services > Express Mobile Maintenance > Add Accounts. Choose the account/s you wish to view on your phone. You can immediately view the accounts once you log-in.
A: To remove additional accounts in Express Mobile, simply go to Other Services > Express Mobile Maintenance > Remove Accounts. Choose the account/s you wish to remove from your Express Mobile My Portfolio view.
The account/s will be immediately removed from your account list in Express Mobile.
A: Your Internet-based Mobile Banking is secured by your Express Online user ID and password. However, if these have been compromised, you need to delete your registration for the meantime and register again once you have secured a new mobile number or a new phone.
To delete your registration, simply go to Other Services > Express Mobile Maintenance > Delete Registration. Your Internet-based Mobile Banking will be automatically deleted.
A: Internet-based Mobile Banking applies the one mobile phone - one user ID/password rule. The java application stored on your phone as a BPI icon will recognize your own user ID and password only. Another Express Online registered user can not log-in on the icon of your Internet-based Mobile Banking.
A: Once you receive the SMS with the download link, please download the link AND log-in within 3 days from the day of receipt. After 3 days, the download link will expire and you need a new SMS with the download link. To request for a new download link, simply go to Other Services > Express Mobile Maintenance > Send New Link.
A: The BPI Express Mobile Banking App is now available for iPhone and Android phones. To download, log in to your Expressonline account, go to Other Services > Express Mobile Maintenance > Mobile Banking > Send New Link. Minimum requirement is Android 2.1 and iPhone 3 and up.
Downloading of the BPI Express Mobile banking app should be initiated using your BPI Express Online account (not directly from App Store) to get your Activation Code.
A: Yes, this is possible but there are additional steps since the registration to BPI Express Mobile is linked to a mobile number and iPads/iPods do not have mobile numbers. To install, pls do the following:
Send link to your registered mobile number.
Copy or forward url link and send to the iPad/iPod via email.
A: To log-in
at Internet-based Express Mobile, you need
to use the GPRS connection of your Blackberry.
Minor modification on your internet settings
needs to be done before you log-in to the
BPI applet. Steps on how to do this are
listed below. Please note that GPRS charges
will apply as soon as you log-in. If you
are subscribed in Blackberry Internet Service
(BIS), you may be charged on top of your
BIS monthly bill.
These steps have been tested in some of
the Blackberry models - 9000, 9700, 8900,
8520 and 8320. Results may vary depending
on your phone model version/specification
and your telco. We are currently working
on enhancements to make the BPI Mobile Banking
applet easily available to Blackberry users.
