Quick Tip: Make sure that your phone's GPRS and MMS facility is activated. If you can access the internet sites (example www.yahoo.com, www.facebook.com, www.google.com.ph) then your phone's GPRS facility is activated. If you can receive multimedia (pictures and tones) messages through your phone then your MMS facility is activated.

To activate your GPRS and MMS facility:

For Globe subscribers, text: <GO (phone model) send to 2951
For Smart subscribers, text: <Set (phone model) send to 211

Special instructions to Globe subscribers:
  • TIME browsing is recommended for downloading the Internet-Based Express Mobile applet on your phone.

    1. To know your browsing mode, text STATUS and send to 1111
    2. To shift from KB to TIME browsing , text TIME and send to 1111

  • Globe's default internet access point is "GLOBE CONNECT". Internet-Based Mobile Banking works on access point "MyGlobe INET" (for prepaid users) and "MyGlobe Internet" (for postpaid users). To know more about this, please click on this link or contact your telco provider.
