Frequently Asked Questions

1. My BPI Direct Save-Up Account doesn't have an ATM card. How can I withdraw funds from it?

Simply transfer funds from your BPI Direct Save-Up account to your nominated Source Account through BPI Express Phone, BPI Express Online, or BPI Express Mobile. This transaction is real-time, and once the amount is credited to your Source Account, you can immediately withdraw those funds through the ATM.

2 I am already enrolled in Scheduled Funds Transfers. I received my bonus which I'd like to save. How do I deposit this when over-the-counter transactions for BPI Direct Save-Up accounts are not allowed in BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank branches?

You can deposit your bonus or other excess funds, whether cash or check, to your nominated Source Account first. Once the amount is credited, you can then transfer it from your Source Account to your BPI Direct Save-Up account through BPI Express Phone, BPI Express Online, or BPI Express Mobile.

3. Will I receive a quarterly bank statement for my BPI Direct Save-Up account?

No, but you can check the details of your BPI Direct Save-Up account anytime through BPI Express Phone, BPI Express Online, or BPI Express Mobile. If you wish to have a printed copy of your bank statement, you may call BPI Express Phone and request an Anytime Bank Statement.
