Bills Payment Our Bills Payment facility gives you a secure and reliable way of paying their dues to product/ service providers who are also BPI ExpressLink merchants (e.g. utilities, insurance and credit card companies). Payments can be made via data entry or file upload in ExpressLink. No need to go to the branches or payments centers and fall in line to pay your bills. Convenient payment alternative Payments are done electronically through the ExpressLink platform. Payments to suppliers enrolled in ExpressLink are handled smoothly and easily. Government Payments Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) mandates that companies with at least P10 Million in assets should electronically file and pay their tax return. BPI partners with BIR to make available the facility through our corporate internet banking. The ExpressLink BIR Tax Payments is an internet-based facility that allows corporate taxpayers to electronically pay taxed based on returns filed with the BIR's Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS) website. Tax payments made by ExpressLink-enrolled corporations are made by transferring funds from their account to BIR account with BPI. The payment is reflected right away. SSS and PAG-IBIG Payments With Expresslink, SSS and PAG-IBIG payments are now made easier and more convenient. Our online platform ensures a quick and hassle-free way of meeting payment requirements for you and your employees. Simply upload your contributions or loan payment files online. Efficient remittance With this facility, payments are done online. There is no need to issue checks and manually file tax returns and submit payment reports. Online confirmation of tax payments The electronic facility also ensures that you get confirmation from the Government Agencies once payments are received. Savings on time and manpower costs The online platform for making government payments allows your people to attend to other tasks for their time. Check Cutting BPI's Check Cutting facility makes issuance of your checks easier. Electronically upload a list of who you want to issue checks to and details relating to these payments. We retrieve the information, write the checks, and cut and release these checks with an accompanying voucher that indicates what the payments are for. Checks used are BPI Manager's Checks. We can send the checks back to you for your release if you prefer, or, we can handle the releasing as well from our selected locations. Time and cost savings There is no need for you to prepare, print and sign checks individually to settle your payment requirements. And because the facility is electronic, there is also no need to manually prepare vouchers to accompany your check payments. Our system does that for you. Ease of reconciliation Our system submits to you various reports that contain information on the checks you instructed us to cut. You can use these reports to verify or keep track of your payables. You still retain financial control minus the manual process of issuing the payment checks yourself. Online Payments for Suppliers The Online Payment facility allows you to pay your service providers and suppliers who are maintaining accounts with BPI by simply sending a payment instruction through ExpressLink. If you need to make numerous payments, you can create a payment file and upload it; for single payments, you can simple enter the payment details on the screen. Funds are transferred from your account to your suppliers online, real-time. Online Payments allows you to upload payment instructions up to 7 days before payment should be made. Funds are only deducted from your account on the payment date. With the ability to schedule your payment days before they are due, you make sure that you meet your payment requirements. Being allowed to choose when to pay also means that you have the flexibility to control your cash flow as needed. Salary/Benefit Disbursement Paying your employees is a regular obligation that your company has to meet. BPI makes it easier for you to do so through our salary/benefit disbursement facility. Whether you pay salaries through our prepaid card (Express Cash) or a BPI deposit account, the online facility makes sure that your employees get their salaries on time. eCash Loading Our eCash loading facility allows you to effect payment of salaries, allowances, commissions, benefits or proceeds to designated payees by debiting your funding account and crediting payees individual Prepaid or Express Cash account online real time. You simply upload a file through ExpressLink containing the Express Cash Card numbers of your employees and the amount that should be paid out. The system will then move funds from your account to each individual card. The funds are immediately available to your employees. Company Credits Company Credits is an ExpressLink facility which provides you a secure and reliable way of releasing salaries, reimbursements, loan proceeds, and/or allowances through credits to your employees' accounts. You can upload the Company Credits file through ExpressLink as early as 7 days from the payroll date. Feedback files are also available to help you post and reconcile the employee disbursements. Benefits for Your Employees Your employees can: • Withdraw their salaries from over 1,400 ATMs nationwide. • Enjoy cashless and worry-free shopping through the Express Payment System (EPS). • Use the various self-service facilities: • BPI Express Online (Internet Banking) • BPI Express Mobile (Mobile Banking) • BPI Express Phone (Phone Banking) • BPI Express Teller (ATM) to: • Manage their deposit, loans and credit card accounts • Pay their bills (Meralco, Globe, Smart, PLDT, etc) without lining up in the branches or payment centers • Transfer funds • Start saving with their Save-up Account Cross-Border Funds Transfer If you need to send remittances to beneficiaries abroad for the settlement of your trade and non-trade payables, you can file your remittance instructions through the Cross-Border Funds Transfer Facility in ExpressLink. Upon approval, the remittance instruction will then be forwarded to the correspondent bank for crediting to the beneficiary account.
